מטרת החברה היא לתת את מלוא צומת הלב לכל לקוח .

במהירות המירבית ובאיכות הטובה ביותר.

לכל לקוח נפתח תיק אישי במחלקת בקרת איכות וכל הניירת נשמרת במחשב בקובץ מיוחד אשר נותן מענה לכל לקוח בכל מה שקשור לנוהל איזו 9001 .

מחלקת בקרת האיכות מוציאה לכל לקוח דוח C.O.C + שרטוט מקור (דוח C.O.T יינתן לפי דרישה מיוחדת של הלקוח).

בכל מענה מיוחד לחברת מט"מ בע"מ יש מהנדס מוסמך אשר נותן מענה לקוח לכל החל משעות הבוקר ועד לשעות הערב המאוחרות.

בחברת מט"מ יש כרגע שבעה עובדים (כולל נהנלה והנהלת האיכות של המפעל).

Each client have a personal file opened in quality control department and all paperwork is kept in a special file on your computer to serve each customer According to a 9001 procedure. 

Quality control department gives per customer their drawing and Report COC  (COT will be provided according to customer's special requirement). Any special response to Mt"m Itd have certified engineer who responds to a customer for starting from the morning to late evening. Mt"m company currently has seven employees (including our maneger and quality management of the enterprise).
